Throughout the literature of global scholars on the development status of the wind energy industry, only a small portion of them has used historical analysis to analyze while most literature still uses public policy, economics, and interdisciplinary and cross-domain approaches to analyze. 2.1.
Worldwide thousands of base stations provide relaying mobile phone signals. Every off-grid base station has a diesel generator up to 4 kW to provide electricity for the electronic equipment involved. The presentation will give attention to the requirements on using windenergy as an energy source for powering mobile phone base stations.
In the process of developing wind power development plans, China needs to focus on investment in technological research and development of the original incumbents and new entrants within the wind turbine industry, and foster the independent innovation capability of Chinese wind power technology with a strong and large hand.
Conclusions This paper offers a detailed and comprehensive description for the current status and the development of the wind power in China. Firstly, now the wind energy in China is majorly distributed in the North region with 2500–3000 GW and the offshore wind energy in Southeast is abundant, which should be exploited effectively in the future.
Wind turbine investors will increase their investment in technology research and development as a means of reducing the levelized cost of electricity for wind power, thereby adapting to the lower investment return that is currently occurring under the competitive bidding mechanism in the wind power market.
As the future direction of wind energy development, the National Offshore Wind Energy Development Strategy, jointly released by countries around the world in February 2011, is considered to be the guiding document for action in the model plan for innovation and future development of offshore wind energy.
