Hence, a joint planning and cost allocation method for multiple park-level integrated energy systems with shared energy storage is proposed in this paper to obtain optimal joint planning and cost allocation strategies of park-level integrated energy systems with shared energy storage.
First, a joint planning model for park-level integrated energy systems with shared energy storage is established to minimize the total investment and operation costs of the grand cooperative coalition by considering the optimal construction time sequence of devices.
In recent years, shared energy storage (SES) is a new type of shared economy concept generated in the context of the Energy Internet, which can reduce investment and maintenance unit prices and improve the equipment utilization rate of energy storage devices through cost-sharing and economies of scale .
The SES and ECDs are jointly planned and their optimal construction time sequences are considered in the proposed JPM-OCTS, which can achieve less total investment and operation costs and higher renewable energy consumption levels of the grand cooperative coalition compared to other planning models.
Based on the joint planning mode for multiple PIESs with SES, the JPM-OCTS is established in this section to minimize the total investment and operation costs of the grand cooperative coalition. The structure of multiple PIESs with SES is shown in Fig. 2.
