Energy storage is big problem nowadays depend on the challenges of conventional storage devices. Supercapacitor offers promising alternative approach for increasing power demands of energy storage devices with their high power density, less charge discharge time ability and long cycle life.
The performance of supercapacitor is estimated by Ragone diagram , which represents the relative power densities and energy densities. For batteries, current generation fuel cells and supercapacitors, the recent Ragone diagram is shown in Fig. 1. Fig. 1.
